Dank EinwalkRoboter und Combi-Tec\u00ae EP 90 kein Problem! In
\neinem Umspannwerk bei Ludwigshafen wurde unser langj\u00e4hriger Kunde H\u00f6hn
\nAbwassertechnik auf den Umgang mit unserer PL\u00ae-DampfBox und Combi-Tec\u00ae EP 90
\ngeschult. Ein besonders sch\u00f6ner Tag bei 35\u00b0 C im Schatten und Sonnenschein machte
\ndie Baustelle nicht einfacher.<\/p>\n
Wir wussten aber um die St\u00e4rke unseres Harzsystems und Einbauequipments
\nunter diesen extremen Bedingungen. Die Kombination aus 90 Minuten Topfzeit und
\nder problemlosen Impr\u00e4gnierung mithilfe unseres EinwalkRoboters \u201eMoppel\u201c,
\nmachte die normalerweise k\u00f6rperlich sehr anstrengende Arbeit zum Spaziergang. Durch
\nMoppel\u00b4s Hilfe muss der Schlauch nur ausgelegt und mit Harz bef\u00fcllt werden. F\u00fcr
\ndie Bedienung und die Durchf\u00fchrung des Einwalk-Prozesses war anschlie\u00dfend ein
\neinziger Mitarbeiter an der Steuerung von \u201eMoppel\u201c ausreichend. Ohne seine
\nHilfe w\u00e4ren hier 3-4 Kr\u00e4fte notwendig gewesen.<\/p>\n
Das im Inliner zu verteilende Harz schiebt der Roboter
\nm\u00fchelos vor sich her und er kann durch das separate Ansteuern der Walzen und
\nR\u00e4der, einzelne Stellen auch h\u00e4ufiger impr\u00e4gnieren und am Schlauch vor und
\nzur\u00fcck fahren. Das erleichtert die Impr\u00e4gnierung des Liners immens. Zudem gibt
\nes die M\u00f6glichkeit einen gek\u00fchlten Anh\u00e4nger an den Roboter anzuh\u00e4ngen und den
\nschweren Liner direkt an die Baustelle zu ziehen. Nahezu m\u00fchelos k\u00f6nnen so gro\u00dfe
\nund schwere Liner vorbereitet werden.<\/p>\n
F\u00fcr einzelne Projekte dieser Art, vermieten wir den Roboter
\ngerne an bestehende Kunden und Interessenten. Wenn sie h\u00e4ufiger in diesen
\nDimensionen arbeiten, lohnt es sich nat\u00fcrlich, \u00fcber einen Kauf der Maschine
\nnachzudenken.<\/p>\n
